About Me
I spent over a decade as a general manager at Fortune 500 life sciences companies, leading organizations across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America. I grew a pharmaceutical affiliate from ~$3M to ~$200M, scaled three organizations to the #1 market position, managed P&Ls of $100–$300M for over a decade, and generated more than $2B in cumulative revenue.
I later supported general managers worldwide on commercial strategy, execution planning, and organizational performance.
Today, I focus on one thing: helping CEOs who are serious about their leadership evolution and building more valuable businesses.
At Evolve & Grow, I serve a select group of founders and CEOs as a principal advisor, strengthening leadership, performance, and execution to build more valuable businesses over time. My work draws on 30 years of operating experience and board roles, reinforced by a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation, Baldrige Performance Excellence training, and advisory work with Stanford SEED. I hold a PhD in Organizational Development and an MBA, have guest lectured at Harvard, Santa Clara, and Northeastern, and have written for Entrepreneur and Inc.
As a Vistage Chair, I facilitate a curated CEO forum and provide confidential one-on-one advisory services, creating a space where leaders can step back, think clearly, and make better decisions. This work draws on my background in leadership development, including studies at INSEAD, executive coaching training at Columbia, ICF membership, and training in humanistic psychology and Buddhist meditation. I help leaders address not only business challenges but also the underlying drivers of judgment, behavior, and growth that shape both the individual and the business.
Alongside my advisory work, I invest through Sila Investment Office, remain active in business education, and write on leadership and meaningful living through The Work of Life.
